Noé Timmins is Notable.
Noah Anthony Timmins was a Canadian mining financier and developer. The city of Timmins is named for him.

Born Noé-Antoine in 1867, he was the son of Noel Timmins and Henriette Mineur. On 9 February, 1891, he married Marie-Joseph-Lilia Paré in Lachine (Montreal); they had at least five sons and two daughters, one of whom did not live to adulthood.

He passed away in 1936 while on holiday in Florida.
