Richard Weeks is said to have been born in England about 1653. He left England in 1690, and initially resided at Edgartown, Massachusetts, on the island of Martha's Vineyard. He later removed to Attleborough, Massachusetts, and died there.[1][2]
He married second, in Attleborough on August 10, 1724, the widow Mary Leonard, also of Attleborough.[2][6][7]
He had at least one son, John, who was administrator of his estate in 1724.[1][8]
Richard Weeks died intestate in Attleborough on August 26, 1724, just six days after his second marriage. His son John was appointed administrator of his estate.[1][8][9]
