Biography

David was born about 1715. He is the son of Nathaniel Jewell and Sarah Whitney.

He married Christian Lummis at Cornwall, Connecticut Colony on November 5, 1741,^[1] They had:

1. Christian, b. October 23, 1742 at Cornwall, Connecticut^[1]
2. Hannah, b. January 19, 1744/5 at Cornwall^[2]
3. David, b. December 2, 1746 at Cornwall^[3]
4. Elizabeth, d. young

David died sometime before February 18, 1760, when his wife gave birth to a child from her second marriage.
