Biography

Joseph Rose (of Bakewell) and Ann Douthwaite (also of Bakewell) were married on 23 March 1740 in Darley, Derbyshire, England.

They had 5 children: William 1741, Joseph 1742, Elisabeth 1744, Ann 1747 and Ruth Wright 1750.

Joseph Rose was buried on 22 October 1771 at St Peter's churchyard, Nottingham.
