Ingeborg was born in 1801.[1] At the age of 16, she married Petter Carlsson[2] and moved to Lilla Fårekulla. Two daughters, aged 3 and 8, died in 1833. Her daughter Christina moved away in 1834 at the age of 15. She was widowed in 1838 and left with four children ranging in age from 4 to 17.[3][4] In 1839, a farmhand named Nils Eriksson moved to the farm and in 1842, her eldest son, Andreas, moved away. [5] In 1847, her daughter Maja Stina married a man named Carl Pettersjon who took over the farm at Lilla Fårekulla. At this time, Ingeborg, her son Carl, and Nils Pettersson moved to Store Fårekulla. In 1848, at the age of 47, Ingeborg married the farm hand, Nils Ericksson who was 34 years old at the time.[6] They had no children together. Ingeborg died at Furukulla in 1856 55 years old.[7][8]
