Judith was born on May 14, 1952 in San Antonio, Texas. Lived in San Antonio until 1967 then moved to Lake Travis, Texas. Attended Marble Falls Hight School and graduated in 1970. Joined the United States Marine Corps in April 1971. In 1976 Judith married William Larry Hull and on April 18, 1978 a daughter, Kimberley Lynn Hull was born. Judith lived in Jonestown, Texas and worked as an LVN until 1990 when she graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio with her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. In September 2010 her husband passed away and in August 2011 she moved to Wasilla, Alaska. In 2012 she met Gregory Moscibrocki, married him November 2013. In 2017, Greg and Judy moved to Ohio.
