Jane Ross-Lewin was born about 1781 in Fort Fergus, County Clare. She was the daughter of John Ross-Lewin and Eleanor Stacpoole.[1]
Jane married 75 year old Thomas Barnard on 30 August 1803 in St Mary's Cathedral, Limerick.[1]
She passed away about 1804, at the age of 22, from chronic consumption.[2]
Burke of 1912 records that she married secondly Colonel Hay but it is also recorded that she died in 1804 of consumption.
