Amos Chase was born on 25 November 1752 in Saco, Maine[1].
He married Emma Elden on 28 Aprli 1774 in Buxton, Maine. They had eight children[2]:
- 1. John Elden, born 31 Aug 1775; married Abigail Hooper
- 2. Abner, died young
- 3. Amos, born 25 May 1777
- 4. Abner, born 12 Nov 1784; married Abigail Hooper (2nd husband)
- 5. Emma Elden, born Jul 1787; married James Libby
- 6. Deborah, born 10 May 1789; married Josiah Chase
- 7. Oliver Sawyer, born 16 Sep 1792; married Katherine Miller
- 8. Moses, born 14 Apr 1796; married Mary Libby
Amos passed away on 22 March 1825 in Limington, Maine[3].
