Biography

Ephraim Pinkham was born on 8 December 1815 in Boothbay, Maine. His parents were Nathaniel Pinkham and Elizabeth (McFarland) Pinkham^[1].

He married Phebe Carlisle on 29 July 1841 in Boothbay^[2]. They had four children^[3]:

1. Everett, born 3 Jul 1843; married Harriet Marr

2. Sidney, born 9 Feb 1845

3. Mary, born 6 Jan 1848

4. Willis, born 5 May 1853

The family moved to Southport, Maine in 1849. Ephraim died there on 19 January 1892^[3] and is buried in Union Cemetery^[4].
