Frank Bolen was born on October 31st, 1925 in Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia^[1]. He was the son of Elisha Clarence Bolen and Dorothy Marvella Wisecup^[1].

On May 29th, 1928, baby Frank passed away from burns that covered his entire body^[1]. He died and was buried in his hometown of Williamson^[1].
