Research Notes

The 1900 and 1910 census indicates that only one of her 2 children was living in 1900 and 1910.

The 1920 census lists a widowed 55-year-old Carrie A. Hamlin living in Stoneham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. This might be the same person.

From "History of Royalton, Vermont : with family genealogies, 1769-1911," p 676, states:

Josiah Green ... m. Mar. 28, 1863, Mina C. Sewall. Ch.: (1) Carrie F., b. Feb. 21, 1864, d. Sep 19, 1893; m. Aug. 19, 1884 Solon A. Buck of Vergennes, and had two ch.; (i) Glenn Murray, b. May 24, 1886; (ii) Carrie Bennett, b. June 16, 1893.

[This is clearly a different Carrie Bennett.]
