Francis Vincent MP is Notable.
Francis Vincent was born on the 3rd of March 1803, son of Sir Francis Vincent Bart., and his wife, Jane Bouverie. [1]
On the 16th of May 1824 at St George Hanover Square he married Augusta Elizabeth Herbert [2] daughter of Captain Charles Herbert RN [1]and his wife, Bridget Byng. Their daughter, Blanche, was their only child. [1]
He passed away on the 6th of July 1880. [1]
