In 1900, she lived with her parents and siblings in Abington, Middlesex, MA, and in 1910, in Waltham, Middlesex, MA. [2][3]
Madeline married Earl Milton Slate in 1919.[4] They had one daughter - Ivor Lorraine.
In 1920, the couple was living with Earl's brother and wife in Hardwick, Worcester, Massachusetts, where Earl worked as a dresser in a worsted mill.[5] In 1925, couple and their daughter resided in North Smithfield, Providence, Rhode Island.[6] In 1930, the family lived in Fulton, Oswego, New York, where Earl continued to work as a dresser in a worsted mill.[7] They appear in city directories in Fulton from 1931-39. By 1940, the couple had returned to Massachusetts and was living in Andover, Essex, MA with Madeline's parents.[8] In 1950, the couple lived in Andover, Essex, Massachusetts, and Earl worked as a wool dresser for a wool manufacturer.[9] They resided in Andover from 1941-51.
Madeline died in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga, New York, on March 20, 1987, at the age of 87.[10] She was buried at Bacon Hill Cemetery in Bacon Hill, Saratoga, New York.[11]
