Hannah (Norton) Meigs was born in Albion, Maine.

Hannah Norton was born on 18 January 1792 in Freetown Plantation (now Albion), Kennebec, Maine. Her parents were recorded as Michael Norton & Hannah (Bathriah) Norton. ^{[1] [2]}

Hannah Norton, of Harlem married Ebenezer Meigs, of Vassalboro, on 19 February 1809 in Harlem, Kennebec.
