Sarah M. Beals married Washington Irving Timberlake; the death record of Sarah (Beals) Timberlake says she was the wife of W. I. Timberlake.[1] On 16 Sep 1863, Washingotn I. Timberlake and Sarah M. Beals, both of Livermore, Maine, published at Livermore their intention to marry.[3] The 1900 Census says they had been married for 36 years.[2] In 1870, Irving and Sarah M. Timberlake were living at Livermore, Maine, with two children, 6 and 3 years old, and Irving's mother, Rachel Tinberlake, 65.,[4]
Death
Sarah (Beals) Timberlake died from heart disease at Livermore, Maine, on 12 Jan 1905, with her age at her death recorded as 61 years, 1 month, 10 days.[1] Her grave marker at the Timberlake Cemetery in Livermore is inscribed with the dates 1843-1904.[5]
