My mother at 100, lives. I started this Quest in 1984 when my son was born, and quickly found several ancestors had answered the Concord Alarm. A direct Ancestor's name is on the Breeds Hill Memorial, he died in the retreat from Charleston Neck. An ancestor fathered a President of the United States, a cousin ran for President of the US, another cousin was a founder of the Sigma Chi fraternity, while yet another cousin earned a Congressional Medal of Honor and lived through the American Civil War. I found that another direct ancestor was pictured on the wall of the Capital Building, (the first Governor of James Town), who's day-book recorded the arrival in1608 of John Clark the future masters mate of the Mayflower! I have little patients for fraud and don't get giddy over Royalty.
