James, son of Cordon V. Campbell and Josephine Snell, was born 23 April 1883[1] in Shrewsbury Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He died there on 13 September 1884 at age one and was buried in the family plot at Hillsgrove Cemetery in Hillsgrove, Hillsgrove Township, Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.[1]
