Biography
Daniel was born in 1833. He was the son of Samuel Flory and Elizabeth Young. The 1850 census shows him living with his parents and siblings in Rockingham County, Virginia. [1] In 1859 he married Susanna Wampler. [2] The 1860, 1870, and 1880 census information shows him living with his wife and children in Rockingham County, Virginia. [3][4][5] The 1900 census shows him and his wife living in his son Joseph's household in Rockingham County, Virginia. [6] He was a farmer. Daniel passed away in 1901. [7]
