Heironymus was born in 1751 in Pennsylvania, baptized on 9 March 1751 in Tulpehocken, Berks, Pennsylvania.[7] No mention or record of his middle name being Lonamar could be found.
Heironymus moved to Greene Co, TN. Hironymus Dyche [Dycke, Deck)]. died in 1811 in Greene County , the source is a will written in 1810 and probated in 1811. He apparently married Anna Margaret Roller in Augusta County, Virginia, in 1775.He named his wife Margaret and the following children in the will: Henry, Margaret, Christina, Mary and Jacob.

17th February, 1774. He is mentioned as Runamus in his father's will. "Henry Dick's will--To wife, Catharine, executrix; to children, viz: John, Runamus, Henry, Jacob, Michael, Charles, Christian, Catharine Dick, when youngest is of age. Teste: Conrad Peterfish, John Kirtley, Charles Foy. Proved, 16th August, 1774, by Peterfish and Foy."[11][12]
1778, Rockingham County created from northwestern Augusta County.[13]
1778. Land transaction in Rockingham County as Ronimis Deck and also his wife which is named Margaret.[14]
1789. Listed as Hyarenomus Deck, he owned 256 acers of land in the 3rd Civil District of Rockingham County.[15]
1800. Listed as surety for his daughter Christina's marriage to George Congware or Conger as Renimus Deck.[16]
2 Sept. 1805, "Erronemous Deck is about to remove to Tennessee." (from Rockingham County, Virginia)[17][18]
1809, Taxed in Greene County, Tennessee, as Deck, Raunimus[19]
11 July 1811, Will execute in Greene County, Tennessee.[20][21]
