Joel Hough (b. 14 Aug 1806 Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut, Father's Name: James, Mother's Name: Mary^[1] - d. 30 Sep 1886 Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut) was the son of James Hough and Mary Berry.

Joel married Mary Rice/Royce (8 Mar 1809 Meriden, New Haven, Connecticut - 21 May 1875 bur Wallingford, CT^[2]) daughter of Silas Royce and Rebecca Hubbard
