Biography

Frances Graybill was born in 1822, a daughter of John Jacob Graybill (1792–1844) and Mariah Eppler (1799–1899).

She married Jacob Landis (1816 - 1905) in about 1843. They had a farm in Washington Township, Union County (Snyder County after 1854), Pennsylvania where they raised their children in the Mennonite Church:[1], [2]

  4. Sarah Alice Landis Master (1854–1907)
  5. John Landis (1857–1939)

  7. Thomas Cornelius Landis (1863-1955)

Fanny passed away in 1890 at age 68 and was buried in the Cross Roads Mennonite Cemetery, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.[3]
