Sarah married Thomas CABAN, son of Thomas Christopher CABAN and Jane BEATTIE, on 6 July 1871 in Muswellbrook, Colony of New South Wales [6].
Thomas was born on 5 January 1842 in Singleton (R.D.), Colony of New
South Wales, died on 17 June 1903 in Rouchel, New South Wales, Australia at age 61, and was buried in Rouchel Brook Cemetery, Upper Rouchel, New South Wales, Australia.

↑The Scone Advocate (NSW) Fri, 10 Feb 1922, Page 2 OBITUARY. MRS. CABAN, SENR. Following a brief illness, which was referred to in our issue of Tuesday last, Mrs. Caban, relict of the late Mr. Thomas Caban, of Rouchel, passed away in the Scott Memorial Hospital on Wednesday morning last, at the age of 73 years. An estimable, widely connected, and well known old lady, she will be greatly missed by her acquaintances throughout the length and breadth of the Upper Hunter. Interment was yesterday made in the Main Camp Cemetery. Of the sorrowful event, and of the life of the late Mrs. Caban, we purpose making fuller reference in next issue.
