Letitia (Thomson) Dore has Irish ancestors.

Letitia was born 10 August 1890 at Te Aroha. She was the daughter of Mary Anne Brown and William Henry Thomson, hotelkeeper. ^[1]

On 9 February 1911 at the Gisborne registry office, she married John Matthew Dore (25), salesman, son of John Dore and Susan Kenny. ^[2]

She passed away 4 October 1959 age 69. ^{[3] [4] [5]}

Research Notes

The cemetery record writes the surname as Doré ; and the NZ Marriage record as "Dor'e"  ; although the cemetery headstone says DORE with no accent.
