Biography

Mary was born about 1771. She got married in 1789 to John Jones of Llanarth Court, Monmouthshire and had at least 10 children with him She passed away in 1855 at Clifton near Bristol.

A Gentleman at Monmouth informs us, that the safe delivery of the Lady of John Jones, Esq. of Llanarth-Court, (of a daughter, as mentioned in our last) was an event which afforded the greatest joy to all who had the pleasure of knowing her, particularly the indigent, to whom she has at all times and in all seasons proved a protectress, friend and physician.
