Florence was born on August 22, 1900.[1] She was the daughter of Thomas Manion and Charlotte Duggan. She married Elliott Piper on August 23, 1918.[2] She passed away on December 7, 1987[3][4] and is buried in Westlawn Cemetery, Littleton MA.[5]
