He was born about 1770 [citation needed] and was the son of (Mary) Rhoda (Wharton) and John Aydelott (1738–1786).
Thomas Wise Aydelott or Aydlott married on 25 May 1795 in North Carolina, USA to Rebecca Montgomery [1] (c1765-c1823), daughter of Hannah Jane (Patterson) and William E. Montgomery
He served in the War of 1812. [2]
He passed away about 15 May 1850 at Mud Creek in McNairy County, Tennessee, USA. [3]
