Hi Andrew, a John de Wyncestre is holding Landou in Glamorgan (presumably LLandow) for 1 fee. This is in an inquisition post mortem on 18 Sep 1314 (8 Edward II) after the death of Gilbert de Clare, Earl of Gloucester and Hertford - see here for the mention of John

See here https://archive.org/details/cu31924011387838/page/333/mode/1up?view=theater The beginning of Gilberts ipm is on p. 325

I'm not sure whether this applies to a later John de Winchester or the dates on these profiles are very incorrect.

I haven't tried to fiddle with the dates versus what was there before but yes, I agree that they seem to be be a bit out. They seem to be based on high level guesses using an undated (and unreliable) pedigree to work backwards. I'll see what records I can find that can provide a better anchor for the dating - thanks for this one.
