Franklin A. Andrews was born in 1874 in Connecticut, United States, son of Cornelius Andrews (abt. 1829–1893) and Lucretia (Smith) Andrews (1829–1900).^[1]

In the 1880 census Franklin (age 6), Student, was the son of Cornelus Andrews in East Haddam, Middlesex, Connecticut, United States.^[2]

Franklin died on 27 Feb 1928, aged 53. Franklin was mentioned on a memorial in Park View Cemetery, Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York, United States.^[1]
