Francis Acree Goode born Abt. 1745; daughter of William Acree of Hanover Co., VA and Agnes Shearin Died april 1796 in Wilkes Co., GA
She married Isham Meadows.
When her father William made his will 21 Feb. 1796, proved 7 April 1796. Daughters: Elizabeth, Jenea Acree, Susannah Woodall, Sarah Smith, Frances Meadows (Madows), Nancy Dismukes, Pricilla Acre. Sons: William Acree, Shearrin Acree, John Acree. Exors: son, John Acree, and friend, Edward Gresham. Test: Gravner Stewart, Solomon Ray, Edward Gresham. [1] Deed Books A– V V, 1784–1806. Wilkes Co., Ga., Deed Book UU, p. 248: 27 Dec. 1803, John Dismukes, Jr. of Warren Co., Ga., sold to Gravener Stewart of Wilkes Co., Ga., 50 acres on south fork of Little River willed by Wm. Acree, decd. to said Dismukes.
Isham Meadows appears on the 1827 Georgia state census of Taliaferro County, Georgia in District 606 (Captain Marshal) with the following household members:

Research Notes
Frances was first added as the spouse of Isham Meadows Jr.. She had a birth date of 1764 and a death date of 1803. Someone added a link to FindAGrave which has no image and no source whatsoever but has the dates now listed. It seems that Isham Meadows Senior or Junior was once married to a Frances Acree or Goode or maybe both.

There is a Frances Acree on the 1830 census in Taliaferro County, Georgia. She was over 50 but less than 60. That would have been a date of birth between 1770 and 1780. It is not known if this is her married name. There are two younger males and one young female in the family.
