Biography

Born in Utah because my Mother, Patricia Louise Crawford had a brain tumor while she was pregnant and was treated there, I was also born with a cleft palate and needed treatment before going home to Ketchum, Idaho. We lived there until 1975 when my sister Arica Dale was born and a year later we moved to Kihei, Maui, Hawaii because my father Dale Edward Adams, previously of Pasadena, California, (they met in Texas where they left their previous spouses) was a carpenter and owned Adams Construction company who were hired to build geodesic dome houses there. We lived on Uluniu, Lipoa, Waipuilani, and NoKaOi Road ( now renamed Wela Street). We stayed until 1979 right after John Lennon of the Beatles band died, and my parents divorced. My Father went back to Idaho in Hailey and my Mother took us girls with her to Oahu for a short time, near Eaton square, and then on to Boulder Creek, California to live near her sister Kerry and her family in the Bay Area. We moved around the Santa Cruz county area in Ben Lomond, Capitola, and 17th Avenue. My mother met my stepfather, Jonathan Nunes in 1984 in Ben Lomond and he still resides in the Westside of Santa Cruz, though my Mother moved to Gyzycko, Poland for many years and on to live with her sister in Castro Valley. I left home to move in to my then boyfriend, now husband, Matthew Alexander Bauer's house in 1992 and in Feb. 26, 1994 we were married at the Coconut Grove Ballroom at the Beach Boardwalk. A year later, our first child, Alexandra Dax Bauer (later known as Dax Bauer) was born. We lived in Capitola until 1998 when a job change had us move to Colorado Springs, Colorado where we had our second child, Cody Ash Bauer in 2001 after the turn of the century. We still reside in Colorado Springs with possible plans to move again when the kids move out.
