Biography

Urban was born in 1906. He was the third son of William Albury and Wilhelmina Johnson. Urban worked as an electrician for Hepburn Electric Co per his 1940 draft card. He married Mabel in 1921, then divorced her in 1938. Married Lillian Mills Graw and divorced her 1 year later and re-married Mabel on 21 June 1939. Urban was an Electrician all his life and eventually was in charge of the Apprentice Program for the local 349 IBEW Union hall in Miami Fl. He passed away in 1961.
