Frances (Allen) Godwin was a South Carolinian.
Frances Allen was born in about 1838 probably in Sumter County, South Carolina. Her parents were probably Joel Allen and Fanny Thornhill.[1]
She married Mathew Godwin before 1870.[2]Together they had the following children:
