Biography

Margaret Anderton died young.

Margaret was born in Wigan Lane, Wigan Lancashire on 22nd July 1817 and was baptised on 4th August at All Saints, Wigan. She was the daughter of John Anderton, a Weaver and Mary Underwood.^[1]

She only lived for 6 months and was buried on 8th February 1818 at All Saints Church.^[2]

Research Notes

Margaret's sister Mary seems to have taken on the name Margaret later in life.
