Harlow was born on 2 May 1888 at Wagga Wagga to parents Richard Angel and Sarah Boyton[1]. She was born as a twin with Olive. They were baptised on 10 July 1888 at Wagga Wagga[2].
Research Notes
Harlow doesn't appear in any other records, so it's assumed she died in infancy like her twin sister. Her mother's obituary in 1917 does not mention her as a surviving child so she had certainly died by that time.
Harlow is a gender-neutral name of English origin. Meaning “army hill” it is thought to instill strength and confidence in its wearer, from infancy to adulthood.
