Alberta Jeanne Astle was born on July 17, 1884, in Boiestown, New Brunswick, Canada, her father, George, was 36, and her mother, Margaret, was 31. She married Ernest A Elden (1886-1911) on 20 Oct 1909, and they had one daughter together. She then married William John Edward Hermam Klenke on 11 Sep 1916. She died on October 7, 1968, in Bristol, Connecticut, at the age of 84, and was buried in Charleston, Maine.
