Biography

Harvey Bailey was born in 1858 in McDowell County, West Virginia. He was the son of Harvey Bailey and Nancy Cline.

He married Clemmie Cline about 1879 in McDowell, and they had four children together. He then married Rhoda Cline on May 18, 1888, in McDowell, and they had five children during their marriage. He died sometime after 1900, most likely in West Virginia.
