He may be the Johan August Wilhelm who was born on 17 Jan 1877 in Högby, Kalmar, Sweden, and who emigrated to North America, with his family, in 1889.[2]
The family he appears with in the 1900 U. S. Census corresponds very closely to the one in Högby, Kalmar.[3]
