Lettie married Henry Tackett on 25 December 1910 in Greenup County, Kentucky. Lettie's sister Sarah Barber married Henry's brother Thomas Tackett.[2]
In 1930 the family resided on Indian Run Road, at Russell, Greenup County, [3]Kentucky.
