Jane, born about 1846 in Canada West (Ontario), was the daughter of Scottish immigrant David Barrie, a farmer, and his wife Mary Earle (Hurl), originally from England.[1]
Jane married John Todd. She died in 1920[2] and was buried at Lakefield Cemetery, Lakefield.[3]
