Deborah Barrow was the daughter of George Barrow and Patience Simmons. Her birth date was not recorded.

Deborah married Caleb Benson of Middleborough, Massachusetts on January 11, 1732, in Rochester, Massachusetts. ^{[1] [2]}

Her father George Barrow's will was dated Septmeber 4, 1750 and he includes among his heirs:

• daughter Deboran Benson, wife of Caleb Benson ^[3]

Deborah was still living on June 2, 1788, when she declined joint administration, with son Caleb Jr., of her husband's estate due to advanced age and infirmity. ^[4]

Ih Caleb Sr.'s will dated November 27, 1782, bequests were left to:
