Thomas Lamarr Bayley was born on December 12, 1891 in Audenried, Banks Township, Carbon, Pennsylvania, United States, son of Thomas A Bayley (1854–1930) and Mary Jane Minick (1861–1930).[1]
Thomas died on June 25, 1964 in West Pittston, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, aged 72. He is commemorated at Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.[1]
