Susannah is mentioned in her father Caspar's will.[1]
Susannah is mentioned in the will of Daniel Gaver as living with Daniel's son John and having seven children with John; Daniel doesn't say that Susannah and John were married.[2] The children are named as Daniel, Elizabeth, John, George, Susannah, Catherine, and Henry.
The case Balch vs. Zentmeyer, decided in the Maryland Court of Appeals in 1840, involves some property Susannah and her children inherited from Daniel Gaver and names Susannah's current husband as Jacob Hay.[3]
