Sam Bennehan is a part of US Black heritage.
Sam lived on Eno Mill Plantation in Orange Co, NC. He was a slave owned by Thomas D. Bennehan, Duncan Cameron, and Paul C. Cameron.
Sam is seen on the 1845 Eno Plantation slave census,[1]
and the 1865 Enoe Plantation slave census.[1]
