Biography

Mary was a Friend (Quaker)
Mary was the daughter of Paul Bevan and Rebecca Capper.[1] Her birth at Tottenham on 25 October 1805 was recorded by Tottenham Quaker Monthly Meeting.[2][3]

She married Alfred Waterhouse on 16 July 1829 at Tottenham, Middlesex, England.[4]

They had at least 8 children.

Mary lived with her husband, children and numerous household staff in Westbury, Gloucestershire, England and Berkshire, England. Her husband was a Landed Proprietor.

In the 1851 census Mary (age 45) was the wife of Alfred Waterhouse in Sneed Park, Westbury, Gloucestershire, England:[5]
