Eugenia was born in 1891. She is the daughter of George Biden and Mary Liddell. She died in 1952 and is buried at Saint John the Evangelist Cemetery, Hydes, Baltimore County, Maryland.[1]

In 1900, George T. Biden, 32 b. October 1867, worked as a produce dealer. He lived in a place he rented at 1811 W. Lanvale Street with his wife Emily, 29 b. September 1870, and two children: Eugenia M., 8 b. September 1891; and Joseph H., 6 b. June 1893. A boarder, Geo R. Rittenhouse, 20 b. November 1879, a machinist apprentice, lived with the family. All were born in Maryland as were their parents. George and Emily have been married for 11 years, and Emily has had two children, both of whom were then living.[2]

In 1910, George T. Biden, a 43 year old produce dealer, lived in a home he rented at 1938 Mosher St. with his wife Emily R., 39, and two children: Eugeina M., 18; and Joseph H., 16. All were born in Maryland, as were their parents.[3]
1920 US Federal Census Baltimore Ward 12, Baltimore (Independent City), Maryland
In 1920, Charles E King, 31, worked as a court reporter. He lived in a place he owned at 3626 Greenmont Avenue with his wife Eugenia B., 28, and widowed mother-in-law Mary E. Biden, 47. All were born in Maryland.[4]
