Biography

Elizabeth was born on May 3, 1823, in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. Her father Robert was 40 years old and her mother, Rachel, was just 19 years of age. She was raised with a blended family, she had 8 siblings. She then married Peter Alexander Traxler on June 24 1842 in Kent, Ontario, Canada. Peter and Elizabeth had 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. Elizabeth died as a young mother on June 20, 1854 In Kent, Ontario only 31 years of age!
