John Blacksmith was born on April 13, 1893 in Richmond, Ray, Missouri, United States. His parents were Johan Pleschmidt and Minnie Grubb. He married Ruth Williams in 1913. He died on May 10, 1972 in Rawlins, Carbon, Wyoming, United States. [1]


Jack was born on 13 April 1893 in Richmond, Missouri, USA. He was the son of Johan Anton (Pleschmidt) Blacksmith and Minnie Belle (Grubb) Blacksmith.[2]

In the 1910 census Jack was living in Nineveh, Adair, Missouri.[4]

When Jack was 22 he married on 17 July 1915 in Novinger, Adair, Missouri.[5]

Jack departed Brest, France on 16 July 1919 and arrived in Hoboken, New Jersey on 27 July 1919.[6]

In the 1920 census Jack was living in Camp, Polk, Iowa, USA.[7]

In the 1930 census Jack was living in Nineveh, Adair, Missouri. Marital Status: Married; Relation to Head: Head.[8]
