William Blake was born on September 28, 1729 in Milton, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, son of William Blake (1696–1736) and Hannah Moseley (1702–~1736)[1].

William (23) married Miriam Townsend (20) (born about 1732 in Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony; daughter of Robert Townsend and Abigail (Beal) Townsend) on January 4, 1753.[2] [3]
