Birth
Phoebe was born in 23 Jan 1814 in Barningham, Suffolk, England. She was baptised at the Wesleyan Church, Barningham. Her father was a labourer.
Phoebe became a servant in Thetford.
Marriage
Phoebe married George Blizzard, probably in Suffolk in about 1832. Phoebe at this time was about 18.
Family
George and Phoebe had eight children in Thetford.
Death
