Louisa was born in 1854. She was the daughter of James Whitsitt Blanchard and Elizabeth Shattuck. 1860 census shows her age 6 living with her maternal grandparents William and Olive Shattuck in Sacramento. 1870 census has her back living with her father. She married John H Gregory 22 March 1874 in Sacramento. [1] She passed away in 1925.
